IMMEDIATE ASSOCIATESHIP STARTING DEC 1ST IN GLENDALE, AZ - LOTS OF DENTAL WORK TO BE DONE!

Looking for an associate to begin working starting December 1st. I am buying another office and merging it into my current office. There will be over 1 million dollars in production for the associate to do starting day 1. This is a general dentistry practice. We do RCT's, ext's, implants, and are starting to do IV sedation. Will coach and mentor associates to whatever level of clinical dentistry they are wanting to do. I enjoy teaching and I am very laid back. I want someone will fit with my current office culture of NO drama. We are avid communicators here and as a team genuinely just want to help each other out. The associate and myself would both only work 3 days a week each and work to improve clinical efficiency so that we can enjoy ample time each week away from the handpiece while still making a great income. With the expected production to be done, I would expect potential associates to make 250,000+ in their first year. I am negotiating insurance fees currently to be very high relatively to other offices and this will also increase potential take home income for associates.
