I am looking for an associate to join my general dentistry practice. I have been practicing in the area for over 15 years and in this location for almost 4 years. I have grown to love this beautiful area and all it has to offer. It is a wonderful place to raise my kids.
I own a small family practice that is fee-for-service. We have three operatories, one front office staff, one assistant and two hygienists. At the moment I am not taking new patients because I don't have room in my schedule for them. We would foresee a new doctor working 3-4 days a week which would open the office up more days and times and give us the ability to serve more patients in the area.
I believe in evidence-based dentistry and conservative treatment planning. I believe in great, quality work, not quantity work. For the right candidate I would offer high production-based salary with possible sign on bonus. We have a very family-friendly practice that is very low-stress and I put my patients first in my practice.
My practice is nestled in the New River Valley-a stunning area of southwestern Virginia. We are a few miles down the road from Virginia Tech. I have three children in the public school system here and the schools are great. There is plenty to do here - especially outdoor recreation. We are also just a couple of hours away from Charlotte, NC.
