Make 400k to 700k with systems already in place. Produce Day 1 and no need to re-invent the wheel. Everything is bread and butter dentistry! (No implants, 3rd molar extractions or anything crazy...)

The area is 30 minutes from the Rocky Mountains, 1 hour from pikes peak and Colorado Springs. The City has its own river walk, river surf park, a nearby major reservoir for water sports. 3 Ski resorts within 2 hours. All year round fun. Honestly an amazing place. We are truly sad to leave such a good place!
