We are looking for a full-time dental associate and will offer a 10-25K sign-on bonus (1-2 year contract, etc.). Nearly all of our past associates have made 250-300K per year. Current hard-working associate is making over 350K/year, etc. (we welcome verification regarding compensation!)
This is a wonderful, private practice & dental office to work with, etc. Just ask our current and past associates. We have produced and collected just under or over 2 million every year for the last 5 years and have plenty of work and patients to go around, etc. We have a fantastic dental team to assist you and a beautiful office with amazing views of the Sandia Mountains to enjoy while working as well. We are up-to-date, have digital x-rays, CBCT, use surgical guides, etc.
Totally transparent, fair, and honest compensation agreements, policies, etc. You will be mentored, supported as much as needed, etc.
Current associate (moving back to home state) is making over 350K (4.5 days/week). Prior associates, including recent grads have all clocked over 250K after 6 months out of school with just bread and butter dentistry and would make more if desired, etc. All with adjusted production and our collections have been 99% for last 7 years as well.
