The practice started in 1999 and has remained in the same location on a busy corner with lots of foot traffic since then...we work 3 days/week but could be working more...101 new patients so far in 2023...246 in 2022!
Our general practice has four operatories, digital x-rays and a panorex. We practice all phases of general dentistry; complicated endo and oral surgery are referred, as needed. This is a family practice, treating all ages. The patients are very appreciative and many have been bringing their dental needs to us since we opened in 1999!
Competition is low with only two other dental offices in our town of approximately 8,000. Our office is located in Globe, a mining town with a rich, western history. Mountains, lakes and hiking are all within a one hour drive...Phoenix is approximately one hour and fifteen minutes away.
Globe is a family oriented community with two LDS wards.
The monthly rent is very reasonable; the building is not part of the sale. The asking price for the dental practice is $290,000.
