We’re fortunate to have more great patients than we can accomodate, and we’re looking for the right dentist to join our busy, privately owned practice. The financial opportunity is excellent, but money isn't what drives the way we practice. We value integrity, strong patient relationships, and high-quality dentistry over speed or production. We believe that when you take great care of your patients and do excellent work, the production naturally follows.
With zero marketing, our schedule is consistently booked several months out, and we've had to pause accepting new patients for the next four months simply because we don't have enough doctor availability. Past entry-level associates have earned $25K+ in their first full month, with well over $300K in earning potential for a dentist who shares our commitment to doing things the right way.
We also want to understand what you're looking for in your career. If long-term ownership is one of your goals, we're happy to have that conversation from the very beginning. Owner buy-in is absolutely on the table for the right long-term fit, and we're happy to talk openly about what that could look like.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $900 daily guarantee for the first 4 months
• Based on tiered 30-34% of adjusted production (adjustments have never been more than 4% in PPO write-offs/remakes/etc)
