Well-established (30+ years) Las Vegas/Henderson NV Private General solo practice seeking associate desirous to transition to owner over 1-5 years; must be interested in developing skills in all aspects of dentistry, including endodontics, oral surgery, implantology, prosthodontics, and IV sedation; terms of compensation, associateship duration, and transition process negotiable and dependent on candidate’s current skill levels and time needed for further skills development. Office building (including income stream from other tenants) is owned by the dentist, and can be included in future practice transition negotiations if desired.
Practice is ~3000sf with 8 ops, 5 currently fully equipped, and is high tech with computers in every op, digital radiography, CBCT, PRF, and CEREC scanning, milling, and firing units. Staff is experienced and well-trained. Full services offered, including hygiene/perio; general restoratives; cosmetics from single tooth to full mouth rehab; fixed prosthodontics including CEREC same-day crowns, bridges, and implant restorations (primarily eMax and Zirconia) with minimal use of dental labs; removable prosthodontics including implant-retained and supported options; anterior, premolar, and molar endo including re-treatments; oral surgery including complex wisdom teeth removal; implantology including guided surgery, all-on-X, and simple and complex grafting using PRF; sedation of all levels including basic anxiolysis, mild oral, and moderate IV—all offered in-house—with general anesthesia also available via partnership w dentist anesthesiologist.
Patients range from children to seniors, with significant long-term base due to strong team-patient relationships developed through excellent customer service and quality care; some PPO insurance accepted, no HMO and no Medicaid/Medicare; new patients currently average 12-15/month with minimal advertising and mostly from existing patient referrals; significant ad plan to be initiated upon associate joining practice to greatly increase NP numbers. Annual collections currently average ~$975K on 3.5 day work week by one dentist and one hygienist, so tons of room for growth.

NOTE: Current skill set is less important than the willingness and ability to broaden and deepen that skill set.
