Modern Smiles Nampa is seeking an ambitious, patient-focused Associate Dentist or buyer to join our established and growing practice in Nampa, Idaho.

Compensation & Benefits
$200,000–$300,000+ annual earning potential, based on experience and production
Established patient base with consistent new-patient flow, 2.1-2.5 million over 3 years, high profitability
Modern practice, digital technology, and equipment: CBCT, Lumina scanners, 3D Sprintray printers,

Your Role
As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care while developing long-term relationships with your patients and becoming an important part of our team.
Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality comprehensive dental care
Diagnosing and treatment planning based on each patient's individual needs
Building lasting patient relationships through trust, communication, and education
Working collaboratively with our experienced clinical and administrative team
Maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, ethics, and patient care
Continuing to develop your clinical skills and professional expertise
Contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Current Idaho dental license or eligibility for Idaho licensure
Strong clinical and communication skills
Excellent chairside manner and commitment to patient-centered care
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
Interest in future partnership or practice ownership is highly desirable
